Podcast and video studios in Lisbon charge anywhere from about €60 an hour for a self-service room to €150 an hour with an engineer and cameras. Kreators by bridgr in Alfama publishes €150 an hour with 23% VAT included and a sound engineer in every session, or €420 for three hours. Comuna lists its podcast room from €60 an hour plus VAT, and Foto Space lists photo studio hire from €55 an hour plus VAT. The cheapest line is not always the cheapest session, so the table shows what each price includes.

When another studio is the better pick
You want a cheap room and will run the recording yourself
Comuna lists its podcast studio as self service from €60/h plus VAT, and Foto Space lists photo hire from €55/h plus VAT. If you bring your own crew, those lines are lower than ours.
You only need a photo studio to hire by the hour
Foto Space is a dedicated photo and video hire studio with published weekday and weekend rates. Our photo session is €185/h with 23% VAT included, so compare what each includes before you decide.
You want an audio-only show with an engineer
Bairro Up Podcast lists audio recording with a sound engineer from €80/h. Ask them whether VAT is on top.
